From the moment I arrived (I was half an hour early from my scheduled test drive time) and the staff already had the car ready and someone available to take it out. Within five minutes of arrival I was on the road for a test drive. After looking over the immaculate and well-kept vehicle, inspecting under the hood and inside I could tell they had gone to great lengths to get the vehicle ready for sale, installing rubber mats and restoring it to new condition. Garfield worked with me on the sale in a quick and efficient manner and Preston (I’m pretty sure was his name) helped me with financing getting me a lower interest rate than I’ve found even at my own bank. The overall experience was easy and fast with no 45 minute wait for the return of the salesman as I’ve experienced in the past. All charges and conditions of sale were transparent and even included a video walk through of depreciation, warranted guides and information on maintenance on the car. I will be using this dealership again for our next vehicle purchase and I am so grateful for an efficient, no-hassle, wide-selection, and friendly non-pushy staff. More
