Pleasant & Enjoyable experience I went into Hudiburg GMC really not knowing for sure what I was truly wanting . After looking around & talking with Ricky, I came home thinking for a few days, then I stopped by Ricky was busy, so I was introduced to Natalie Schulz amazing young lady! She showed we about 4 more vehicles I was considering & I test drove them with her, she explained she was new & would answer all my questions or get me answers & she did! That little lady is a very hard worker, for her clients. She & Ricky had patience with me, which I appreciate very much especially since I am a recent widow & this being my first large transaction alone they both had understanding of the fear I was having. I feel very satisfied with my decision of the 2017 Buick LaCrosse Premium & to think I went in for the 2018 Terrain Denali & actually ordered it but after coming in that's smaller than 2017, love the look! Once I finally made my decision, Ricky made sure I was aware of the 0% 60 months & $2000 rebate, now who can pass up financing with that kind of deal? Ricky walked me over to finance & introduced me to Adam Hawkins, another outstanding employee! Adam explained all my paperwork perfectly & very efficiently. Dishonest and deceiving My family and I have been repeat customers with Hudiburg Chevrolet for the last 16 plus years we have bought 6 cars in this time from Hudiburg and so My family and I have been repeat customers with Hudiburg Chevrolet for the last 16 plus years we have bought 6 cars in this time from Hudiburg and so as a loyal customer I go back to Hudiburg looking to buy a car now and a truck the first of next year. So I have recently discovered that Hudiburg does not value long-term repeat customers anymore. about a month ago i went in and look at a 2016 chevy Malibu told the used car sales manager that I have found some scuffs and scratches and that it was previously smoked in because there was cigarette burns on the carpet and that if he would take 1500 off I would buy it and so with his arrogant rude attitude inform me that I could pay the price he was asking or not buy the car so I left and was not going to back but after I had time to cool off I went back just the other day to come to find out that I was deceived and lied to by Christopher Lippincott Internet Sales Manager Hudiburg Chevrolet to start this visit off I found a 2017 Chevy Malibu online they had it listed as new so I go up there to look at it and come to find out it's a deal unit which means that it hudiburgs loaner car and I was still interested then Mr. Lippincott said he need to pull my credit which I was fine with that but I was very adamant and told him that I did not want my credit pulled a bunch of timed and he assured me that it would only be pulled once so we end this visit with him saying that he would call me the next morning before lunch and so the next morning role and by 9am my credit was pull 5 times then lunch came and went and I still have not heard from him so I guess my family and I will have to find a new dealership that values loyal customers More

Highly recommend My A/C started acting up and I called for an appointment. They got me in the next day and checked my car over. Quick and friendly service. I had a scheduled appointment and when I arrived I was immediately met by my service advisor. My advisor came and got me before the estimated time and told me my car was ready. I appreciated the quickness of getting in and out and the friendliness of the entire staff. There were no hidden costs and no pressure to try to get me to have additional services performed. All in all a very pleasant experience. More
