Horrible experience and terrible communication I made an "appointment" to receive an oil change and to obtain a minor warranty repair (wind noise on the driver side window). I received no less tha I made an "appointment" to receive an oil change and to obtain a minor warranty repair (wind noise on the driver side window). I received no less than 4 phone calls and emails reminding me of the appointment. However, the dealership had the vehicle for 5 days before the repairs were attempted, but not completed. I do not believe this dealership understands the definition of an appointment and the purpose behind it. I'm very thankful they do not schedule my dental appointments. Most importantly, they left the vehicle outside for the entire weekend during a storm without informing me. I live only 6 miles from the dealership and would have gladly picked it up and returned it on Monday for the eventual attempt at repairs, had I known it was to be left outside. At the risk of sounding whiny, the vehicle has never been left outside for any night, let alone during a weekend storm. The condition upon receiving the vehicle back was horrible. I will not be returning to this dealership ever. I currently own 4 GM vehicles, with the most recent purchase made at this dealership. Good luck to those who try. More

Service from start to finish. I found Felicia to be very helpful from the first time we spoke on the phone. Once in the dealership she went out of her way to make sure that my questions were answered that we found a vehicle that I was looking for. Then because of a mutual misunderstanding the deal needed to be renegotiated for a different vehicle. I can't say enough about how the situation was handled by both Felicia and the sales manager Darryl Johnson to get to a solution that work for all of us. I will be purchasing vehicles in the future from the dealership and recommend this dealership to all of my friends and family. More

DANGEROUS UNFIXED RECALLS & FRAUD I purchased a used Nissian Altima in October and did not receive the title until the end of December . (I will not even get started about the title) A I purchased a used Nissian Altima in October and did not receive the title until the end of December . (I will not even get started about the title) Around January 18th, the transmission went out. I discovered the car had numerous recalls. I discovered they did not do the 27 point inspection and infact they did no inspection on the car I purchased. ( When I called the salesperson even admitted, they did not inspect the car) (The car had numerous dangerous unfixed recalls) Another Nissian dealership, said the transmission had not been serviced, since it left the factory. The Nissian service manager explained how dangerous the unfixed recalls were and was Furious that Hudiburg GMC did not fix the recalls before selling the car. It appears David Stanley and Hudiburg are running some of the same type of scams. I guess they do not Understand how Easy it is to research a car’s history... even when it has been falsified. I’m pretty sure it’s illegal to falsify a title, Mess with the car’s warning system and alter a signed contract. I will not rest until they are exposed, for all their fraudulent scams. People need to start taking these people to court and exposing them... do not settle out of court!!! I will pay any amount in legal fees, I just want these crooks, to be exposed!! They will be sued and reported for endangering/scamming their customers! It only takes one person to speak out and others will follow. More
