Do NOT BUY from this dealer! DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE HERE! I have had the worst experience ever! I recently purchased a 2017 Chevy Colorado and it has been a nightmare! The sales tea DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE HERE! I have had the worst experience ever! I recently purchased a 2017 Chevy Colorado and it has been a nightmare! The sales team was ok, but everything beyond that falls well below standards. The finance manager tied me up for over and hour trying to sell me an extended warranty which is semi normal. But they kept my tags from my trade-in. I called just after leaving the dealer trying to get them back (I'm from out of state and my state requires I turn in the tags when the vehicle is sold), I was told they would get back to me. I waited 24 hours and called again to be told they could not find any information about them and they were likely thrown away. And then it gets worse! I began receiving harassing phone calls daily from Kelly in the title department for 3 weeks looking for the title for my trade(which I was still waiting to receive in the mail and I had already told them what the deal was). 3 weeks after buying my vehicle on one of the calls from Kelly in title dept. I asked where the title is for my new truck, she said it was mailed to my co signers address which is in Rhode Island! I went on the 12th of this month to sign the title over for my trade in and requested an extension on my vehicle tag seeing that they mailed it to the wrong person to be told there's nothing they could do unless they financed me again by Jessica in the title dept! Come to find out, the person who co-signed for my loan isnt a co-signer but actually the purchaser and I'm on the bottom of the loan as the co-signer! It's BACKWARDS! I BOUGHT THE TRUCK! NOT HIM! I asked to talk to someone in charge and they said no one was available! My tags now expired and im going to be charged all sorts of fees for having my tag expired and not paying the sales tax within 30 days of my purchase. On top of that my state charges 190 dollars for not returning the tags. Plus all my time spent on the phone and running around to figure out what the heck is going on because not 1 person over there can give me any straight answers... I'm very disappointed and they will never have my business again! More
