Dishonest!!! Good morning, I have to say we are more than disappointed in the service we received from the manager. We had an appointment made. My husband took off work, and we drove 3 hours to arrive and find out that the vehicle we had every intention of purchasing today, is out being driven and purchased by someone else. The manager was not able to find anything close to the price range and simply stated "they wouldn't know that you had an appointment". Needless to say, we left a little heated and I don't believe we will be returning in the future. They have undoubtedly lost a customer and any chance of referrals due to gross lack of communication! More

Very easy and smooth purchase I saw the 2016 GMC Sierra that I was looking for online that was the lowest price that I had seen for all of the options that I wanted. Since I was co I saw the 2016 GMC Sierra that I was looking for online that was the lowest price that I had seen for all of the options that I wanted. Since I was coming from Dallas area I wanted to make sure the price was correct. I called and spoke with general manager Brian Pritchard and he assured me that was the price I would receive. I made the long drive and when I arrived Ricky Shultz had it wash and ready to go with a full tank of gas. The "closer" that the finance guy brought in after I passed on the all of the extended warranties he offered was the only unfriendly one after I again passed on the warranties. After that I was on my was back to Texas in a little over an hour with my new truck. More
