Service department I first attempted to contact my local Chevrolet dealer, Classic Chevrolet in Lawton OK. Twice I attempted to contact the service department and twice I first attempted to contact my local Chevrolet dealer, Classic Chevrolet in Lawton OK. Twice I attempted to contact the service department and twice I was sent to voice mail and my calls went unreturned. I gave up and called Hudiburg. My call was immediately answered and an appointment scheduled at a time that was convenient for me. I arrived early and was promptly attended to. Not only did they write down everything I told them I was having a problem with, Richard Burrows asked me about any other problems or concerns. I mentioned a dent in my tailgate that I was unsure if my Millennium insurance would cover, he assured me he would find out. Later I received a call from Richard to let me know the dent was covered and he was sending my truck to the collision center to have it repaired. A few hours later I received yet another call from Richard letting me know the status of my vehicle, and not long after he called me back to let me know my vehicle was ready for pick up. I assured him I would be right there and he told me to take my time that you were open for several more hours. The level of service I received was phenomenal. The personal calls letting me know what the status was from Richard were awesome, the one on one personal connection was what did it for me. I was only disappointed that I did not get a chance to see him and thank him personally when I returned for my vehicle. I doubt I will even attempt to call my local dealer again. More

She was very knowledgeable of the products, considerate, kind, and not pushy. It was certainly a pleasure to work with her. I would give here a triple 5 star rating. However, the process of writing the check and getting on our way was slow. I know you were busy, but maybe you need more staff or something. It took way too long to get out of there after we had decided to purchase the vehicle. This was no fault of Christian's. She did everything she could to speed up the process. I May be in the market for another vehicle in a couple of years, and will look forward to working with Christian only. More
