Our experience that Friday was so pleasant and helpful that we decided to purchase with Confidence. We did do research at other dealerships online but the first impression was a great impression. We went back that Saturday and purchased our 2026 Traverse. While we waited to get back to finance we observed the employees interaction with each other. They all seemed very happy to work with each other as well as being happy to be there. The atmosphere and professionalism help sale the vehicle. Our experience with Dequan and Brayden our salesmen was top notch. I will definitely tell others about our experience and send them to Confidence every chance we get. Thank you More
Excellent service; was able to complete the manufacturer’s recommended service and had my vehicle back to me well before I needed it back. manufacturer’s recommended service and had my vehicle back to me well before I needed it back. More
This is an update on the dealership being acquired by the Cavendar family and being rebranded Confidence. The only thing I have Confidence in is their bait and switch tactics and deceptive sales practices. Cavendar family and being rebranded Confidence. The only thing I have Confidence in is their bait and switch tactics and deceptive sales practices. I am writing this as a formal complaint regarding my experience at your dealership involving a 2025 Chevrolet Blazer EV RS, which I believe involved misleading and potentially deceptive sales practices. On July 2nd, I visited your dealership and test-drove a 2025 Chevrolet Blazer EV RS that had been advertised and presented to me as available for sale. After test-driving the vehicle, I worked with your sales staff and we reached an agreement on the out the door price of $43,750. However, upon preparing to finalize the deal, I was abruptly informed that the vehicle had a recall and could not be sold. I accepted this explanation in good faith at the time. I was contacted July 9th and informed that the recall was complete but, that the transaction could still not be completed because it was a Courtesy Vehicle and needed to accumulate more miles before being eligible for sale. I was later informed that the mileage would be no more than 2,000 miles. This conflicting explanation raises serious concerns about the dealership’s transparency and whether there was ever an intention to honor the deal presented to me. This conduct appears to constitute a bait-and-switch tactic or, at a minimum, bad faith negotiation. I invested significant time and effort into this process based on representations made by your staff, only to have the deal rescinded based on inconsistent and questionable reasons. More
