I had already chosen our vehicle and agreed on a price before our drive the next day to finish the paperwork process while that was going on they detailed the vehicle and filled it full of gas. Everyone that works there that we saw were friendly and accommodating and best of all NO PRESSURE on any part of the purchase process. We would recommend anyone to look at this dealership when thinking about purchasing a vehicle. More

I am out of state, and I went through a lengthy process to purchase a vehicle I found on the Confidence website for my senior citizen mother. The availability was confirmed through a phone call, the "Out the Door" price was confirmed in an email, and a time was set up to finalize the sale. However, once my mother got to the dealership to finalize the purchase, they claimed they had no record of our discussions or emails (which I have all the emails) and tried to sell her a different car. They then claimed that the desired car had a recall, so they "couldn't sell it," but they couldn't tell us what the recall was for. (Cars can definitely be sold with a recall.) The Sales Manager, Quinton Gentry, had zero care or customer service. I tried to talk to him over the phone while my mother was with him and the salesman, but he wouldn't discuss the issues and handed the phone back to my mom and literally walked off. I tried to call later to reach him or another Sales Manager, but they wouldn't answer the calls or return calls. They still have the car of interest listed on their website and on Auto Trader along with another one almost identical to it. However, they never would show her the car in person....I don't think they even have it. They definitely appear to be running a bait and switch dealership. I definitely would not recommend doing business with them. More

They are very courteous, friendly and explain everything that I needed done and gave me a timeline on how long my service would take. For me it was 90 min and I was out in almost 90 minutes exactly. They keep a clean facility with nice waiting room with coffee and waters for customers. I prefer to sit and wait in the new car showroom during my stay. Unlike other places, they do not page you that our vehicle is ready, your service manager personally comes to get you to inform you of your service and any problems that may have been discovered. I have been very pleased with Confidence. I recommend them. More
