Originally I had a different salesman but later ended up being placed in the hands of a man named Charlie Staton. Charlie IS A GEM! He had a great attitude the entire time and I felt was very transparent ab being placed in the hands of a man named Charlie Staton. Charlie IS A GEM! He had a great attitude the entire time and I felt was very transparent about the financial situation. He was incredibly knowledgeable and the entire transaction was thankfully short compared to the hours long dealings I've had in the past. I wish all car salesman were like Charlie! He's funny and relatable and was very patient with me when I was feeling stubborn about pricing. Seriously, the other salesmen should be taking classes from Charlie, he's that good! He's well put together, calm, and doesn't beat around the bush. Charlie Staton needs to be promoted again and again because this man is the kind you're going to want in upper management positions!!! I loved the experience with him and would come back in the future to buy from Confidence if I could get Charlie or someone like him! More
