It sucks you pulled the loaner car program because I know when I paid for my warranty I was garuenteed to be placed in anything until my car was complete. I didn't even know my car was done! I have to be a le to make it to my Dr appointments. It's almost as if you would rather me drive it til it completely breaks down and causes .ore issues than have preventive maintenance. Just very odd how the entire transaction took place. KC was so very nice and had great customer service. I know everyone is short handed but that's why you are in control of your own appointments.
