Very good customer service representative, why I gave it 4* and not 3*. However, it took over 2 hours to do a 25 minute recall update, a tire rotation and an oil change. Wayne was the best salesman I have ever worked with! He was outstanding all along the way! He was very helpful and never applied any pressure at all. We agreed to a certain monthly amount for the extended warranty, got home and saw that the warranty was actually $504 more than we agreed to. This is not a fair practice and is not good business at all. You need to be better than this. Please stop this practice immediately. We will never do business with Hudiburg again. Will also add, the Dealership had an opportunity to reach out and explain this situation to us and never made any effort to do so. More
