My GREAT Experience at Hudiburg!! I went to a few car dealerships searching for a Dodge Challenger (used) before coming to Hudiburg. One I was pressured hard at one other dealership an I went to a few car dealerships searching for a Dodge Challenger (used) before coming to Hudiburg. One I was pressured hard at one other dealership and the other the car sold unfortunately. I found a Dodge Challenger with the features I wanted (plus many more), the color I wanted and the engine/transmission I wanted. I get to Hudiburg and do not see that car in the used car lot. I thought the car was sold. I wait for like 10 minutes at the front desk and no one came by to wait on me, but I noticed they were busy and due to the COVID-19, they were understaffed. I was not too worried about that. I spoke to Coach (my car salesman) and he found the car in the staging area, as the car JUST got to their lot and was going through the initial inspection, detailing, etc. He let me and my friend that was with me test drive the Dodge Challenger without having to sit in the car with us. On the test drive it drove GREAT. I loved it all. I was hooked. We get back to the dealership after the test drive. We sit down and talk about the car a bit (trying not to show excited I was and how bad I wanted it) and Coach wanted to run my credit. I didn't plan on purchasing today, but I said "Sure. Let's run my credit." (By the way: I was not pressured AT ALL to run my credit.) I was also pre-approved for a loan, so we basically went for that, as I had the price I could afford monthly. After coming back from finance, Coach showed me all the details of the monthly payments and so on, so we went to the finance office. In the finance office, we sat down and the first thing I said was "I only want to add GAP insurance and nothing else." The finance manager through the whole process did not even bring up ANYTHING but GAP as an add on. I was super impressed by this. TL;DR - Overall, I actually enjoyed the experience of buying a car (which I never have done in the past). I 100% recommend ANYONE who needs a used car go to Hudiburg Chevorlet and talk to Coach. Also, try to get Preston Cash as your finance manager. More
