I was emailed by a Joseph B. and told to text when I would be there and he would ready the vehicles. The day of my visit I texted Joseph B and said I would be coming to see the Forester in one hour. This was 10am, I stated that if there was an issue to please let me know so as not to waste a trip. I arrived at 11:15am and asked for John B. I was told he worked afternoons. (No reply to my text) Another salesman said he would have the cars brought around, after 45 minutes we left and will not be going back. They no doubt have all the Tinker traffic they need and can not much bothered by used car buyers. That's fine, just don't pretend. More

I got in contact with the dealership and started messaging my salesman Ricky Schulz. Ricky was awesome, and made the whole vehicle buying process amazing! Luck would have it when I was on my way to the dealership from Pennsylvania to Oklahoma and on to Texas, they were about to experience severe weather. Ricky assured me that my truck would be safe and was inside. Once arriving we did the paperwork and it was quick and easy, and even less time in the finance office.
