Didn't put oil in my vehicle at a oil change I came here to get oil change on my Cadillac and they did not put oil in my vehicle and I left they said it was ready and when I call them my car had I came here to get oil change on my Cadillac and they did not put oil in my vehicle and I left they said it was ready and when I call them my car had no oil they send the tow truck for my vehicle and the supervisor was mean and act as if it was my fault and very racist towards my mexican heritage never came back to this location ever I don't appreciate that I guess my money wast good enough when I brought my 4 vehicles to get service here very racist superior in service department and I ask the cashier to please make sure they put the right oil on my vehicle and she reply a little wrong oil won't do wrong on a vehicle she was very rude I do care about my vehicle they cost me money I want to make sure I get the right oil in it ! More

Horrible experience and terrible communication I made an "appointment" to receive an oil change and to obtain a minor warranty repair (wind noise on the driver side window). I received no less tha I made an "appointment" to receive an oil change and to obtain a minor warranty repair (wind noise on the driver side window). I received no less than 4 phone calls and emails reminding me of the appointment. However, the dealership had the vehicle for 5 days before the repairs were attempted, but not completed. I do not believe this dealership understands the definition of an appointment and the purpose behind it. I'm very thankful they do not schedule my dental appointments. Most importantly, they left the vehicle outside for the entire weekend during a storm without informing me. I live only 6 miles from the dealership and would have gladly picked it up and returned it on Monday for the eventual attempt at repairs, had I known it was to be left outside. At the risk of sounding whiny, the vehicle has never been left outside for any night, let alone during a weekend storm. The condition upon receiving the vehicle back was horrible. I will not be returning to this dealership ever. I currently own 4 GM vehicles, with the most recent purchase made at this dealership. Good luck to those who try. More

Highly recommend My A/C started acting up and I called for an appointment. They got me in the next day and checked my car over. My car is 3 years old and just out of My A/C started acting up and I called for an appointment. They got me in the next day and checked my car over. My car is 3 years old and just out of warranty. Hudiburg team found a minor problem and fixed it and didn't even charge me a service fee. I won't take my vehicles anywhere else! More
