We were very pleased with the young man we had as our salesman. He was very knowledgeable about the Expedition. The people you have contracted to detail your cars are not very good. If it were not for Daniel & Robert going out and finishing it for us we might still be there. They had it for all most 2 hours and if you check on sales that day I think you will find they were not working very hard. Franco made me feel as though I was his only concern while I was there. His knowledge of the Ford line was very impressive. The one thing that really bothers me is when a salesperson knows less than I do about a product he is selling. That was not the case this time. I came into the purchase well educated on my new truck and Franco was able to teach me a few things. On top of that, Franco had great things to say about the dealership and it's family atmosphere. In my experience, this means a lot. By the time I left the dealership, I felt great about my new truck purchase. Every question I had coming in was answered and then some! Throughout the negotiations I felt as though he had my best interests in mind. This time, we also got into a situation with a competing dealership, and this is where Franco set himself apart from most salespersons I have dealt with. We explained our offers and Franco kept working as hard as possible to give us the best vehicle at the best price. During our negotiations, Franco assured me that even if we bought from someone else, he was interested in knowing we were happy with our vehicle and offerred to help us out with features and any questions we may have had. Let me say that again -- Even if we didn't buy from him -- he still wanted to be involved and help us out. We purchased a 2004 Ford Expedition from Reynolds Ford Norman in 2007. What a great vehicle this was for our family! The service was great and the price was right, so when we decided to trade the Expediti Norman in 2007. What a great vehicle this was for our family! The service was great and the price was right, so when we decided to trade the Expedition in 2010, we decided to travel from our home in Hugoton, KS to Norman, OK to return to this same place. Franco hooked us up with a 2010 Ford F150 4X4 that is wonderful. He was very helpful in finding what we wanted to meet our towing needs for our RV and the comfort we had in our Expedition. We negotiated for quite some time on the price, and finally Franco was even able to give us the price we desired. We were about to leave, and I got to talking about our love of Mustangs, and what do you know? He hooked us up with a 2005 Mustang convertible that same day!!! What a salesman! He has since called us several times to see how things have worked out with the vehicles. He provides exceptional customer service and was professional and fun all at the same time. I got a GREAT deal with the help of a GREAT salesman by the name a Gianfranco Del Castillo. I highly reccommend this salesman, if your ever looking for a new, used and great deal thats a steal ask for Gian. He met me in the parking lot with a big smile and was very kind, and pulled out all the tricks to get me in the car the same day by introducing me to Linda Hughes who is finance manager who also had a big role to getting me into the car I wanted. When I met Linda I knew she was the women to talk to, she helped me the best she could with working with different banks and finance companies to get me the lowest interest rate as possible. She got the job done and I was in my car the very same night with a smile on my face, and a wonderful lasting impression. I have had no problems with my car and im very happy and when I buy my next car I will return to Reynolds and be asking for Gianfranco and Linda. More
