Steve was amazing. Very friendly. Made us feel welcome. However when we had to go to the last part, the financing, not so much. First, I was already approved for the loan with a check in my hand. Sean did However when we had to go to the last part, the financing, not so much. First, I was already approved for the loan with a check in my hand. Sean did not make me feel welcomed at all. He told me he didn’t want my check because he would make more money financing the vehicle. When I told him I could go somewhere else that would appreciate my money, he changed his tone a little. Still didn’t feel like he cared about me or my family when signing all the paperwork. If it wasn’t for Steve, I would have left the dealership and gone somewhere else. More
