its been awhile Its been a good minute since i was in the market for a vehicle and I'd figured all the stereo type run around was going to happen once more. I was wr Its been a good minute since i was in the market for a vehicle and I'd figured all the stereo type run around was going to happen once more. I was wrong and this experience was beyond what i was expecting. Adam Kelley was my sales guy, who i first met over a phone conversation due to the COVID19 limitations. Adam took down all my basic info, the type of vehicle i was looking for and features that were a need/want. Not even 30 mins later, Adam had sent me three links by text to the see the trucks i was looking for. Color, engine size, audio , navigation and year models of 2019/2020 was all there. Shortly after getting the trade in ready, i proceeded to the location of Reynolds Ford of Norman. Adam welcomed me and we both decided on air high fives for handshakes. After my test drive of a 2019 F150... that had 6 miles on it.... shocking... Adam gave me basic numbers and ball park on where i was going to be at. Normally... at that point you expect your sales guy to play good cop with the sales manager to get you at whatever price you want. That didn't happen and that was my first point towards Reynolds. All the major numbers happen in the final paperwork section and the finance guy was really helpful on that process by showing the two options i could go for. At the end, i drove off with my new truck and it was simple process. Afterwords, i had some upgrades and Adam was there to help again. Excellent service to help with temp car and getting my extra work done. I left there knowing my new truck was covered for 96 months, but i feel like I'm the one that's covered for life. I got a personalized ford card to help with rewards points, emails about all the new features in my truck with how to videos and more of a break down on my warranty plain. And today in the mail, I've received a purchase photo calendar with some other goodies ( oil changes, and other maintenance perks.) I hope that i will never need to get another truck... but when that time comes, I'll be sure to be back and hope to see Adam once again... hopefully we can do handshakes by then. More
