The only issue I had was feeling that I was somehow inconveniencing the dealership by purchasing a $70k truck. They could have certainly been more polite, but... I guess that's how it works now. We had a great experience shopping at Reynolds Ford. We never felt pressured to buy and they’ve been amazing, post buy. I ended up getting black and red paint splatters all over the Blazer, two days aft We never felt pressured to buy and they’ve been amazing, post buy. I ended up getting black and red paint splatters all over the Blazer, two days after I bought it. They told me to bring it in and they would see what they could do. Our salesman actually helped scrub the splatters off my car. It wasn’t their responsibility, they could have told me to take it to a body shop. With customer service like that, we will be repeat customers. More

My car salesman was Angie Klinglesmith and she was amazing. Any questions I had, she'd go above and beyond to find an answer and notify me. She isn't pushy at all and is a wonderful person. My manager was Franko and he was also very helpful when figuring financials once the vehicle arrived. I would recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle at Reynolds! More
