Martin went above and beyond to accommodate our every concern and ensure that we left as happy as we could possibly be with our purchase. He was patient and honest with us through every step. He even bought us dinner since we were at the dealership during dinner time! I would send anyone to do business with Reynolds in general, but especially Martin. Sean helped get us through the financing process as quickly and easily as possible. He was honest with us and helped us come to an agreement that we could all be comfortable with. Also, Jeff (I believe) made sure we were supplied with as much coffee and help as needed when Martin was working with other customers. Further, every other dealership that I spoke with before doing business with Reynolds said that if we were not going to do business with them, Reynolds is who they would trust–that says a lot! Thanks for restoring our faith in car dealerships. We will absolutely be going to them for any future purchases. Would give more stars if I could. More

Salesman Jeff Tullius has sold my husband and me at least 3 of our last 4 new vehicles. He is always so helpful and wants to find the right vehicle to meet our needs. Was sold a lemon from them. Was told car was inspected by them and everything was in good shape and no problems. They cleaned the engine to hide gasket leaks. Would not recommend. Outstanding Sales Experience! 2019 Ford Expedition Limited Reynolds Ford exceeded my expectations for my car buying experience. From the time we arrived, we felt comfortable, unpressured, and relieved to have Reynolds Ford exceeded my expectations for my car buying experience. From the time we arrived, we felt comfortable, unpressured, and relieved to have a sales person that listened to our needs and requests. I had spent every weekend the previous 2 months at several dealerships from Edmond to Norman, looking at all makes and models of SUVs, test driving both new and used vehicles, only to be inundated with calls from them pressuring me to buy in the days and weeks (even months) after. Steve Adams, our sales person at Reynolds Ford was respectful of my time and I never felt pressured to make a purchase. Following the decision to buy our new vehicle (2019 Ford Expedition with 20K miles), Steve went above and beyond what I would have expected. He had our car detailed, filled up with gas, and ready for us to pick up that evening. He then took the time to set up our Ford App and demonstrate all the "extra" amenities we had not explored when I first looked at the Expedition. I'd also like to give credit to the gentleman that assisted us with Financing, Joe Galindo. He was patient with all of our questions, and made the process nearly painless (it always hurts to spend $). Overall, Reynold Ford in Norman was the best experience I had during my new car purchase journey and I would recommend them to my family and friends for their future vehicle shopping. More

In my opinion, Reynolds Ford is the best place to go to purchase a Ford. This was my 3rd new car purchase from Reynolds over a 25 year span.
