We (including our family and friends) have bought several vehicles from Travis Ward, (Sales Manager) over the past 13 years. We decided to trade our 2015 F-150 pickup in and was undecided as to what we wanted. Our salesman was, Jeremy Cash (sales consultant). I can honestly say we received the best customer service that a person could get from Jeremy and Travis. There was no high pressure sales and fast talking. Jeremy gave us the space we needed to look around and talk freely and would check on us to see if we had any questions. Never pushing, and my husband and I appreciate that in a sales person more than one can imagine. We made our decision, and went into finance and had the pleasure of working with Franco DelCastillo (Business Manager). He also took his time to explain everything to where we felt good about our decision. He makes you feel comfortable talking about your finances and being very private and honest doing so. Once again, he also is not a high pressure business manager and we never felt rushed. It was a very good experience.
