Within 30 minutes, he PERSONALLY drove to pick me up, get me into a courtesy vehicle and the vehicle was fixed properly right away! I didn't even have to return the rental! Someone brought my Explorer (Evelyn) back home and picked up their car! His story is inspiring and he is beyond amazing.
