The reason why I rated the overall so low is because I am a repeat customer and felt I was taken advantage of. They said they couldn't include tinted windows, tag and title(as they did before), or anything. I just feel like they charged me everything they could and maybe even more than what I should have been. I dont feel I got the best deal available. Being a repeat customer it seems like there would be more available so I more than likely will not be doing business here or recommending family or friends and I have a lot of them. If the dealership was to call me and include some leather seats or tag and title then maybe I'll consider my review until then it is what it is. More
