We take your business very seriously and strive hard to deliver the level of service you expect and deserve. I have looked into the details of your recent purchase and understand that the Goodyear tires on your 2012 Toyota Corolla did not pass inspection when it went through our service department prior to delivery. As a result, we installed brand new Hankook tires on the vehicle at no charge to you because Goodyear tires were not available at the time.
