At first, I told Tyler that I wasn't interested; however, I saw a 2017 Focus Titanium on their web site that piqued my curiosity. After emailing back and forth, I went to the dealership to look at the new car, and get an offer for my trade-in. The initial financial work-up was more than I wanted to take on at the time. He offered another Focus SE, which didn't have the features I wanted. A day or so later, after crunching some numbers, I made a counter offer to Tyler, which was accepted by management, so I went down and purchased the vehicle.
