Jeff Tullius in sales is a great guy--knowledgeable, low pressure, very helpful and straightforward. As a women buying a car, I was initially nervous to buy new because I'd heard so many horror stories of sales staff trying high pressure sales techniques on women, but both experiences have been great. I'd highly recommend Jeff--he has many years of experience, and is just straightforward and friendly. Service staff have always been honest and very competent. On the very very rare occasions when something doesn't seem to have been totally fixed the first time, they always bend over backwards to make it right. Joe Galindo in financing was also a pleasure to work with--efficient, competent, and another really nice guy. I'm sold on Reynolds Ford! More

Through all those I have never felt led to write a review of my experien At 73 years of age young, my wife and I have bought a lot of cars and vans. Through all those I have never felt led to write a review of my experience, but after buying a new Ford Escape at Reynolds Ford in Norman, I would like to share my thoughts. I can honestly say this was the most enjoyable experience I have had in my lifetime while buying a vehicle. In addition to getting a car that we really like, our salesman, Steve Pfohl, was the main reason we enjoyed this buying experience so much. First he was thoroughly knowledgeable in the workings of these cars as applies to us the drivers and he had the communications skills to explain to us novices how to use all these sophisticated devices to make our driving experiences the best. Plus he made it fun, laughing and joking with us and seemingly enjoying himself as much as we were. When we kept making changes in what vehicle we thought we wanted, he never got upset but always just said, “let me get the information on that for you” and he did. So we left there happy with a new car but leaving behind a salesman I’d like to stop by and say hi to every once in a while (and I will). And he told us that if we ever had a question to stop by and ask him, and I believe he meant it. Thanks Steve for making this so fun for us, and, if God is willing, and we live long enough I’ll come see you for its replacement some day. Danny Cossairt More
