Like I said in my original review "I won't be back" because I was lied to by Franco DelCastillo. He told me the credit union required gap insurance & that the only way to get the lower interest rate was to buy an extended warranty. I contacted the credit union & was told the rates were set by year of vehicle & that they do not require gap insurance. I was straight out lied to & it is illegal to do this. I will never shop or recommend Reynolds of Norman. More
