He and I worked together on the phone and via emails for weeks to find the exact truck I wanted and delivered to Reynolds in Norman. Joe in Finance handled the paper work and the closing was done via overnight mailing and wire transfer, along with a portion of the price provided via financing by Bank of America. John and Joe took care of me all the way and were responsive to all my questions and the detail necessary to handle this out of state purchase, with delivery to my new home in Norman just days before I arrived.
