Awesome Customer Service I bought a car the day after Christmas from this dealership. I had been interested in this car but it was at their dealership in OKC. I had visited th I bought a car the day after Christmas from this dealership. I had been interested in this car but it was at their dealership in OKC. I had visited that location and had a horrible experience! They couldn't even tell me basic things about the car. The tire was slashed, there was dog hair everywhere, and stains all over the interior. I was told they could not negotiate the price and it was "as is". I was set on this type of car and didn't want to drive to Texas for one. I then remembered that my mother in law had bought cars from the reynolds in norman for years. We called and they brought the car down from the city within 45 minutes. Randy Priest felt so horrible about our treatment at the other dealership he replaced the tire. He also had it detailed and the interior now looks perfect. The sales associate that helped my husband and I was Kyle Beaney. He was awesome! He was very knowledgable about Ford's and when he didn't know an answer to a question he found it for us. I was there for 3 hours and had my 4 year old daughter in tow. Kyle learned her name and made her feel included. He even helped us set up the wi-fi for her iPad! The loan processor was great too. I would fully recommend them to anyone looking for a great experience on a good car. I plan to use them again! More
