I really liked it, but I have also read a lot about the Ford Escape and I told the sales person (Steve) that I wanted to test drive one of them. He was more than happy to show me what I wanted. After test driving the Escape, I realized that it was a better fit for me. Steve didn't even blink. When I told him what I wanted in a vehicle, he tracked it down and got it for me the very next day. That's what I call service. More
