After test driving the Escape, I realized that it was a better fit for me. Steve didn't even blink. When I told him what I wanted in a vehicle, he tracked it down and got it for me the very next day. Great experience at Reynolds Ford Norman! I wanted to "look" at a car that I'd seen on the lot. I really didn't want a brand new car but wanted something a little more economical. John Willia I wanted to "look" at a car that I'd seen on the lot. I really didn't want a brand new car but wanted something a little more economical. John Williamson was so nice but not pushy. I appreciated that so much. When I actually decided to trade in my 2005 truck, they gave me a great trade in and sent me to the financial person, who was wonderfully patient while trying to get me the best financing rate he could. Shaky start, Stellar Finish. I found a car online at their dealership. I very friendly man by the name of John, was quick to respond to my online inquiry, and answer my questions I found a car online at their dealership. While I was reluctant to drive from Tulsa to Norman, simply to get an idea of what they would give me for my trade, John convinced me the trip would be worth my while. When we arrived, we were promptly greeted by several very friendly people. When we examined the new car, they examined my trade. After a short time, they came up with an offer that was not what I had in mind. Fearing that they wasted my time, and the half day trip to Norman and back, they worked a few different angles, and then the General Manager came to work out a deal with us. In very short order a deal was struck, and a short time later, I was driving away with my new car, and very big smile on my face. While I do not enjoy the car buying process, John, and the staff at Reynold's Ford of Norman, made it easy, and relatively quick. I would buy from them again. More
