Amazing! I stopped by Reynolds Ford in Norman last Saturday to look at what was available for my new car fever. I was introduced to Manny Lopez. That was a ble I stopped by Reynolds Ford in Norman last Saturday to look at what was available for my new car fever. I was introduced to Manny Lopez. That was a blessing in it's self! Manny is an amazing young man who was willing to show me around. We looked at a couple on the lot but, nothing that really said, "take me". Manny was exceptionally in tune with my want & set out to meet that want. It took only a few minutes to find the PERFECT vehicle. I was treated like a queen the entire time & given the most exciting introduction to my new Ford Edge. Manny explained every bell & whistle in terms I understood & made it so much fun. I'm still playing with those extra features ;-) The entire experience was amazing! Today, I'm riding in style very pleased and cured of my new car fever! Thank you Manny, for everything you did. Love my car and Steve is Awesome sauce!;0) When I first started looking I didn't know what exactly I wanted. It was between a Explorer, Edge and Escape. I also went to two other Ford dealership When I first started looking I didn't know what exactly I wanted. It was between a Explorer, Edge and Escape. I also went to two other Ford dealerships that were closer to me. I shouldn't have wasted my time at either one.. LOL. They in no way compare to Reynolds Ford or Steve Adams. From the minute I Met with Steve and told him what I was trying to decide between the Explorer or the Edge. He was very patient, friendly, thorough and very hard working. He had to endure countless texts and questions from me. Some of them I believe if it had been anyone else would have blown off the little questions, but no not him. He goes above and beyond. I remember specifically one question I asked when I was looking at what Equipment Package I wanted with my Ford Edge(although I did love my Flex btw. I had two of them).I was looking at the 302A and I asked him what was did the 2 nd row outboard inflat blts mean?.. he can back with not only a answer but a video on here's how Ford's inflatable seat belt works. I finally picked a Ford EDGE. We met the Owner and GM when we walked in last night to finish all the paperwork. Everyone at Ford was very nice and helpful and as a added bonus my kids loved the popcorn. Even today Steve texted me with more information about Sync my ride.com and the Ford pass. and I so so so LOVE my new 2017 EDGE. The new sync 3 is sweet! A must have!:0) More
