Very Positive Experience Found the used truck I might be interested in online and called to make sure they had it. Great sales person/ Bad follow-up We had Taylor as a sales person, very nice person, tried very hard to sell us the Explorer. I told her that if they didn't want to fix the windshield, We had Taylor as a sales person, very nice person, tried very hard to sell us the Explorer. I told her that if they didn't want to fix the windshield, we would have to pass on this Explorer. She came back and told us that they would fix it. We bought the truck, she said just call and make an appointment and we can get it fixed. I have called and she was going to return our call after two phone calls we were told she doesn't work for them any longer. The person that we gave the information to after the fact also said I will look into it and return your call. That was on 5/31/2016 as of today 4 more calls and still no answers. I take my our truck to the service department and our insurance company uses the body shop, both we have had NO PROBLEMS with. The sadist part of our experience is that we were VERY HAPPY buying a car from Reynolds Ford and due to the "I don't care about the customer after the sale" mind set. We will not be repeat customers.. More
