Under warranty,,clunking noise coming from back of the car I am impressed with the service that I received here. I live in north Edmond, but brought the car to Norman, because my wife and myself both called the dealership at 700 west Memorial but neither one of us EVER got a call back as promised. We waited 4 weeks and still no call back. I will drive to the dealership in Norman before I will set foot in the west Memorial dealership! More

From the very 1st phone call, Scott didn't xx me just to get me to "come down for a test drive" and he held the car not knowing if I was going to actually show up. Scott was very accommodating. Even offered to pick me up from the airport and filled the tank knowing I had a very long drive ahead of me. Maybe they do that for everyone, but it's not what I'm used to. The whole deal was quick and painless, again, unlike what I'm used to. How I'm treated goes a long way and I would seriously consider going to them again for another vehicle even though they're so far away. More
Never Again! Where to begin. I took my 2015 Ford Explorer Sport into the dealer to have a few things simply checked out due to the fact that the 36,000 mile warra Where to begin. I took my 2015 Ford Explorer Sport into the dealer to have a few things simply checked out due to the fact that the 36,000 mile warranty is quickly approaching. I made an appointment online using their website for a 7:30 A.M. Friday time slot. I chose to drop the car off on Thursday night so I could take my children to school. Upon arrival, the two young men sitting in the service writer area failed to ever acknowledge my existence. Finally, a lady came out and took my information. After fumbling around for a while, the service writer told me I made my appointment with a technician that was not in the office for a while, so my vehicle would have to wait until Monday. Really? What is the point of scheduling an appointment then? I reluctantly agreed to leave it. Now the good part. Upon retrieving my car the next Tuesday, only one issue had been resolved. But after driving the car home, I discovered a couple of new issues that had not existed before the visit. The first was a nail in the tire causing a slow leak. No big deal, this happens. I noticed this on my way to work on Thursday because the low tire pressure light came on as I just happened to drive past a Discount Tire store. I pulled in to have it repaired. This is where it gets good. The tech told me that while the tire was off, it was time to rotate and re-balance the tires. No problem, lets do it. Now the tech who is repairing the tire comes in and explains to me that the tire with the nail in it had been driven on flat and that the inside was ruined and would need to be replaced. I'm guessing that the tire went flat over the weekend and instead of airing it up, the techs just drove it into the shop flat and then aired it up. Not the end of world as I had a replacement warranty on the tires. Now the real issue. When they began to re-balance the wheels and tires, they discovered that the passenger front wheel had been bent. Someone at the dealer thought it would be fun to drive the heck out of a twin turbo all wheel drive SUV I guess. Anyone that knows me, knows that I treat my cars with the utmost respect. If they need service, they get it. If they become dusty, they get detailed. I never leave them parked outside or in questionable areas. I'm not afraid to walk from the end of the parking lot in order to avoid door dings. When I sell them, they still look and perform like new. Back to the story. I called the dealership and talked to an assistant manager name Lange maybe? He couldn't even take the time to address my issue and decided to keep me on speaker phone while he admittedly continued typing. Nice customer service. He then began to tell me that they didn't even drive the vehicle while it was in their possession. Well the miles on the odometer didn't magically appear on their own! He said he would investigate the issue and call me back. Here it is a week later and still no response. Now I have been left with replacing tires and a wheel, which is $829 for one from them! Unreal! Long story short, don't take your car here unless you're looking for poor service followed by abusive technicians! Go anywhere else, just not here. More
An amazing experience. Manny from Reynolds Ford in Norman is the only person I'll buy cars from. My dad has bought five different vehicles from him and I bought my first one from Manny now. He is incredibly friendly and understanding and completely worked within my very tiny budget for a car. He helped find the perfect car for me and I couldn't be happier. If anyone wants a car, ask for Manny and you will not be disappointed. Sean from finance was also a great guy, incredibly humorous, and was very thorough but quick in explaining everything to me as a first car owner. More
