Under warranty,,clunking noise coming from back of the car I am impressed with the service that I received here. I was told after the repair was complete, that they took care of a recall notice for me. I live I am impressed with the service that I received here. I live in north Edmond, but brought the car to Norman, because my wife and myself both called the dealership at 700 west Memorial but neither one of us EVER got a call back as promised. We waited 4 weeks and still no call back. I will drive to the dealership in Norman before I will set foot in the west Memorial dealership! More

Painless Purchased from out of state (1500 miles away) because they had the car I wanted. From the very 1st phone call, Scott didn't BS me just to get me to "come down for a test drive" and he held the car not knowing if I was going to actually show up. Scott was very accommodating. Even offered to pick me up from the airport and filled the tank knowing I had a very long drive ahead of me. Maybe they do that for everyone, but it's not what I'm used to. The whole deal was quick and painless, again, unlike what I'm used to. How I'm treated goes a long way and I would seriously consider going to them again for another vehicle even though they're so far away. More
