I had not arranged a prior appointment and wasn't sure what to expect upon our arrival. We were introduced to John Williamson and he took the time to ask about our professions, likes and dislikes about our current car, annual mileage, expected budget, and our favorite colors. This personal interest in our future purchase was noteworthy, and was one of the main reasons we returned to negotiate at Reynolds Ford after briefly visiting the nearby Honda dealership. I test-drove two vehicles (Focus and Escape) and was quickly drawn to the Escape for its comparable features to my previous CRV. Even better, the dealership offered a Titanium edition (leather upholstery, great sound system, and lots of navigational perks) in a gorgeous gold color that matched our budget. I was immediately smitten with the car and Joe helped me navigate the paperwork and whittle a down payment to mesh with my income. I am so appreciative of the genuine sales and financial representatives (and the great coffee!) that I look forward to returning to the dealership--and referring as many friends as possible! More

During the finalization of the sales of the vehicle we experienced a hiccup with the finance person Ed Ryder who was communicated to send over paperwork and did not. After being told Ed no longer work at the dealership I was scared that the deal did not get finalized as promised. The only thing that saved this situation from going bad was Stephen Clark. After meeting with the Stephen I would definitely work with him again. More
