Very Patient I started playing with the idea of getting a new car/suv about 2 years ago and inquired about a couple of different vehicles through several different I started playing with the idea of getting a new car/suv about 2 years ago and inquired about a couple of different vehicles through several different dealerships. I also was looking at 3 or 4 different Makes and Models. Through the entire process, the representative at Reynolds was always professional and answered my questions quickly. Most of my initial contact was through email up until I scheduled a test drive. Scott was able to find what I was looking for within my price range before we ever met! Once at the dealership, I felt completely at ease. Everyone I dealt with seemed to enjoy what they do and genuinely happy to help. More

I can't say how much I was impressed with my experience with Reynolds, from Jason in sales to Ed in finance, I even had a chance to talk with the GM - Mike. Everyone of them treated me fair and went above and beyond in our dealings. No tricks or gimmicks. I reside in Dallas, TX, with dealerships galore, but anytime I am in the market, I will reach out the folks at Reynolds Ford for my new and used car needs. My only complaint is that it has been very difficult to get back in touch with anyone other than the receptionist regarding questions on the purchase. Overall, awesome place to get a car! More

I have taken it to Edmond for service which is about a 40 minute drive from my home in Washington. I needed my oil changed and called Reynolds Ford in Norman to see if they could help. Rick was very helpful and in fact found several other things that needed to be done on my car while under warranty. I really appreciated his help and service. I will always call the Norman dealership first, to see if they can help with my car before I make the drive to Edmond. Edmond does a good job but Norman is closer to home. Thank you Rick and the crew at Norman. More

Good easy Truck buying experience. Looked all over OKC for the exact truck I wanted and found several. Was trading my Toyota Tundra off for the Ford F150. 2 other ford dealers told be b Looked all over OKC for the exact truck I wanted and found several. Was trading my Toyota Tundra off for the Ford F150. 2 other ford dealers told be basically that my Tundra was junk. Joe Cooper in midwest city OK salesman told me Toyota tried but just could didnt succeed at making a truck just minutes of me pulling on the lot. Got back in my truck and left even though they had several of the trucks I wanted. Bob Moore in South OKC salesman waited until we got into negations until he told me how bad they thought Toyotas are. Little more classy with his words but still not professional. Here is the deal, I loved my Tundra and just wanted a change since it was just out of warranty. You dont tell a potential customer the car they are driving is junk. Great way to xxxx them off. I tried to explain to both dealers that telling them their truck is junk is not the right way to sell cars. Both just tried to talk their way out of it. Sorry, to late. I know 2 bad salesmen dont represent the whole dealer but they are your first spokesperson. Reynolds Ford sales manager Eric and salesman Jordan Prestwood both mentioned how nice my Tundra was and were not trying to down play it to how great the F150 is over it. Nice classy move. Both professional guys with no pressure sales to "buy it today". No one likes that game. Moral of the story? No matter if your right or wrong, do not tell people their truck sucks and that you should buy theirs instead. I personally loved my Tundra. Great truck. Dont pull the buy today high pressure crap. Treat them right and be honest. That is why Reynolds and Eric and Jordan won my business. More
