terrible service My 77 year old aunt and 81 year old uncle bought a new Lincoln suv and went home realizing the following day that the tailgate was not powered and the My 77 year old aunt and 81 year old uncle bought a new Lincoln suv and went home realizing the following day that the tailgate was not powered and they, being their age just could not open & close it on their own, my aunt called next morning to see if they could exchange it for a power tailgate (knowing it would be more money) they were told sorry it's their problem. So I have been trying to help them out with contacting and communicating with their salesman and the owner and they flat out told me they do NOT want to help. CRAZY More

Long standing customer from the 60's I remember the first experience from buying a car from Reynolds, it was in 1966 a used Ford Falcon, and as with all the following autos I purchased fr I remember the first experience from buying a car from Reynolds, it was in 1966 a used Ford Falcon, and as with all the following autos I purchased from them they were well detailed and have not had a bad experience not once. Being older and sticking with a less than new truck I was able to find one that was presented in a way that left no doubt it was in perfect condition. The salesman Manny Lopez went all the way with the help and was very polite and answered all my questions. It has been a pleasure over the years with working with Reynolds even though all my salesmen have changed still get the same service with a smile. I have known Dale Daniels since 66 when he was a salesman at the old downtown store, and He is still going strong knowing the type of business he represents. More
We just bought a "cream puff" 2013 F150 Crew Cab Jeff Tullius at Reynolds Ford of Norman just hit another home run for us by finding us not only a vehicle we could afford, that had everything on it i Jeff Tullius at Reynolds Ford of Norman just hit another home run for us by finding us not only a vehicle we could afford, that had everything on it it we wanted but also was a true "cream puff"! In a way we were not surprised. Over the last 30 years we have bought at least six cars and/or trucks from Jeff and we have never been disappointed in either the cars or how the dealership treated us both before and after the sale. So when we decided that we needed a newer pickup, Earlene called Reynolds and talked to Jeff and told him what she wanted "an F150 crew cab pickup that would seat six." (She admitted later that she was not sure any crew cab would seat six). Two days later Jeff called her back and said he had three possibilities for us to look over. We went down to the dealer ship and loved the second one we saw. After thinking about it and praying about it overnight, we called him and said we want it. Getting through the paperwork was a breeze and we were on the road. We love it. We no longer have "vehicle envy" and both want to drive it when we go somewhere together. As long as Ford makes good products, we will buy them from Reynolds Ford and Jeff Tullius! More
