We're disappointed to read this review. I have looked into the purchase details and found that at the time of the sale, your Aunt and Uncle along with another couple who accompanied them, were informed that the vehicle they chose to purchase did not have a power lift gate. They were shown one that did but decided to choose the vehicle they did because it was less expensive. Since their purchase, the vehicle was reported as sold to both Ford and the State of Oklahoma Motor Vehicle Commission. Upon learning of their dissatisfaction, we offered to trade them out of the vehicle for one they now say they want. The vehicle they now want is higher priced due to the power lift gate, etc. They refused any of our assistance short of us trading them out with no out of pocket expense on their part. We do value their business and regret of their dissatisfaction with the vehicle and features they knew about up-front prior to the purchase. I have looked into the situation and understand that we had an incorrect price posted on the vehicle you inquired on due to an input typo error made when we posted the vehicle to our inventory system. I can assure you that the error was totally an accident and not done intentionally. I apologize for any confusion this caused.
