Instead of taking me out into the lot and just browsing cars, we went inside and they had us sit down and asked about what kind of car I wanted and what features, and most importantly what my overall budget was. I was AMAZED that they actually found a car in their system that matched exactly what I wanted and only looked at two cars at this dealership before I decided on my car. I test drove it and the whole buying process was incredibly easy and not an all day affair. I think we spent less time total at Reynolds than I did looking at cars at other dealerships. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. They knew my budget and worked to get me exactly what I wanted. More

While I was getting that taken care of, my wife was looking at the new trucks on the lot and a sales representative met with her to show what was available. He pointed out a new 2014 F-150 that was available. To make a long story short, I bought the new vehicle and traded in the one that was in the shop for repair. Jason, Mike (the GM), and Franco (the business manager) were professional, accommodating, and efficient. This was probably the easiest auto purchase we ever had. The facility is modern, clean, appealing, and comfortable. Their lot is organized and every vehicle is well-labeled. We visited several dealers in town but Reynolds was clearly the best one. More
