He was very friendly and remebered what I was looking for and also had paperwork ready for me. After a brief discussion about how everything was going to work I was set up to speak with Franco DelCastillo with the finance department. He was very personable and he made the time seem to go by quickly with good conversation. He was also able to get me a low intrest rate even with my poor credit score! I highly recommend this facility for anyone in the market for a new/used car. Very clean and friendly people. More

BIG DISAPPOINTMENT!! We bought a Certified Used Car which is supposed to appear new. It took FOUR trips to the dealer to take care of our worst complaints and that-after my husband finally told the used car manager exactly how he felt. That's ridicules!! He talked to Mr. Daniels himself who did not seem to be concerned. In our whole experience the only people who really tried to make us happy were Linda Hughes in the finance dept. (ABSOLUTELY AWESOME WOMAN!), and a young man in the body shop of whom we failed to get his name. We love the car-a 2014 Ford Edge-but given the opportunity, would not do business w/them again. More

Best experience EVER!! We were upside down on an SUV and were near hopeless when we arrived at this dealership. We had bought my husband's truck there and had a great experience so we went back. Mat, our salesman, was very helpful, honest, and respectful and did everything in his power to help us out. They worked at it for a bit and were able to get us in to the 2015 Taurus that I had wanted. Their prices are fair, trade ins are fair, and these people treat you like a VIP. Franco dealt with our paperwork and financing and was just a joy to deal with. They stayed until almost 10 pm on a Saturday night helping us through this painless process. So easy and relaxed, especially when compared to other experiences I have had at other places. Everyone is fantastic. Very friendly and personable. They helped us when we had lost hope and they will have us as customers FOR LIFE!!! More
