Pleasure Doing Business With!!!!! Let's just say I hate dealing with the typical car saleman and finance department. After making the decision to start the hunt for a Ford F-150 I stop Let's just say I hate dealing with the typical car saleman and finance department. After making the decision to start the hunt for a Ford F-150 I stopped by Reynolds Ford in Norman just to look at a truck and talk about trade in value for my current truck. Immediatly I was apporached by Andrew thinking here we go!!! Soon I realized this wasn't the usual experience I was use to. Andrew was friendly like most car salesman but his cool calm attitude showed me he really cared about what I was looking for and didn't just try to sale a truck. When I told him what I was looking for he took me to exactly what I was looking for. Now with most dealerships they have to write down a serial number and spend hours tracking down the keys just to unlock the car so you can look inside not to mention a test drive. Andrew wasted NO time and before I knew it he had the vehicle running and we where soon off down the road. While discussing the vehicle and some extra option installed Andrew told me he had only been selling cars for a few short weeks!!!! I was shocked at how professional and cool he was with such little experience. After arriving back at the dealership Andrew discussed my trade and talked with the manager Randy about evauluating my trade. Typical car dealers don't honor the blue book value of your trade and I didn't expect Reyonlds Ford to honor that value either. My trade was very customized with lift, tires, and electronics. Knowing that I would not get the money back for my toys I was still curious what they would value it at. Manager Randy soon came to discuss trade and to my surprise offered my way more than I ever expected a dealer to offer. Randy not only hooked me up with my trade but still work with me on sticker price of new/used F150. Randy is a true character that kept me laughing and enjoying my experience as if I was the only customer in the building. Soon he introduced me to his good friend Linda who he has spent 30 years selling cars together in the finance department. While discussing finance Randy stayed close by making sure the numbers worked out and when I needed even more of a reduction in overall price he went above and beyond normal salesman would. Linda had me in and out of the finance office faster than I ever expected and even got me a great deal on extended warranty. I can't thank the team at Reynolds Ford enough. Andrew and Randy make a great team. As soon as paperwork was done Andrew had the truck detailed, full tank of gas and paper tag on ready for me to drive away. After getting home and excited about my new truck I noticed a few little issues that I wanted to get taken care. Scared that like most dealers they woukd forget who I was the next day, Randy listened to my complaints and took care of them without question. I still can't get over how easy this experience has been and will not go to any other dealer when looking for new/used vehicle. THANK YOU!!!!!! More
