What a great service experience. Rick was very helpful and they fixed faster than I expected. I won't go anywhere else with my F150. They even gave me a ride to the mall while I was waiting for the repair and they fixed faster than I expected. I won't go anywhere else with my F150. They even gave me a ride to the mall while I was waiting for the repair to be completed and when I called they came and picked me back up. It saved me from just sitting around or having to pay for a rental. More

This rating refers to their other shop located at 7320 NW Expressway. Their service dept is pathetic. Taken car back 3x for the same issue in 11 days. Keep getting the excuse “we can figure out what’s wrong” Expressway. Their service dept is pathetic. Taken car back 3x for the same issue in 11 days. Keep getting the excuse “we can figure out what’s wrong”. What do you think that says for the skills of the mechanics? More
