Dedication and service I have had nothing but great experiences with Reynolds Ford in Norman, OK since the day we purchased our 2014 Ford Fusion. We hadn't bought a new car I have had nothing but great experiences with Reynolds Ford in Norman, OK since the day we purchased our 2014 Ford Fusion. We hadn't bought a new car since 1998, which happened to also be a Ford and was so not looking to have another car payment, but they made it almost painless. From the time of shopping, to signing the papers to having issues with Sirius, they have shown us nothing but dedication in providing the best service possible. Lots of Kudo's to Ken Hines, he has gone out of his way to provide me with excellent service. I will go back in the future for our next car since we've been treated right from the beginning when purchasing our jewel this time. Thank you Reynolds Ford. More

Service Visit I purchased my 2013 Lincoln from Reynolds Lincoln in Edmond, OK. I have taken it to Edmond for service which is about a 40 minute drive from my home I purchased my 2013 Lincoln from Reynolds Lincoln in Edmond, OK. I have taken it to Edmond for service which is about a 40 minute drive from my home in Washington. I needed my oil changed and called Reynolds Ford in Norman to see if they could help. Rick was very helpful and in fact found several other things that needed to be done on my car while under warranty. I really appreciated his help and service. I will always call the Norman dealership first, to see if they can help with my car before I make the drive to Edmond. Edmond does a good job but Norman is closer to home. "Clutch" with the Clutch Brian has been more than helpful, accommodating, and informative with our last few visits dealing with the ongoing FORD clutch issue. Excellent Service I took my old car in for a recall to be fixed and decided to walk the lot to look at the new cars. A salesman, Ryan, saw me and came out to talk with I took my old car in for a recall to be fixed and decided to walk the lot to look at the new cars. A salesman, Ryan, saw me and came out to talk with me. Even though my husband wasn't with me and he knew I wasn't going to buy a car that day, he spent a couple of hours with me and even took me out for a drive in a new Taurus. After going home, I spoke with my husband about it and on the weekend, we went to Reynolds in Norman so that my husband could drive a Taurus. Ryan wasn't there, so we were ready to walk out. But Joe, another salesman offered to let my husband drive a car so that he could see what it was like. We never felt any pressure to buy. However, the car pretty much sells itself and we ended up buying a 2015 Ford Taurus. Ed, in the Finance Department did an excellent job of explaining to us exactly what we were paying for and answering all our questions regarding financing. He is very experienced and knowledgeable. This is the third car we've purchased from Reynolds in Norman. We start there because even after the sale, the service is excellent. Whenever I've had to take a car to the shop for repair of some sort, the customer service reps treat me with respect.. We always have our car fixed quickly and accurately. Before the actually fix anything, they call first and if it's something my husband can fix, he tells them to leave that part and they fix only what we ask them to. We will definitely shop here for our next car! More
