Repair The service department did an excellent jod getting my Ford Edge in for repair and the repairman got it done quickly. Service representative Rick Dougherty was very helpful and professional. My only complaint is with Ford. This is the second time this switch/sensor has been replaced within 29,000 miles and there is a shortage of the parts in the inventory. This appears to be a fleetwide problem that Ford should have taken responsibility for. I like the car and will probably have to get the part replaced a couple more times before I replace the car. Very disappointed in that aspect. More
