Their customer rep, Lauren, was rude,not truthfull,argumentative,and condensending, certainly not qualified for a customer relationships position. She has to get the last word in and almost gave me a heart attack from the frustration.
Their estimator said that it would take 7-8 days to do the work and gave an appraisel for $3088. The insurance copmany adjuster gave an appraisel for $3025, which I did not see or know about, and alotted 8 days for car rental.. As a result, the body shop did not do all of the work and left a badly scrathced panel undone, althought the repair of the panel was included in the body shop's estimate. They never told me about this problem, did notoffered to do the complete repair for an additional $50, and let me take the car without comment.
It should be noted that Lauren said that it would take three weeks to repair the car, stating it was a week per thousand in damage. Then she bragged about having the car ready in 8 days, saying it was detailed, which it was not, still having dead bugs on the bumber.
