No quality control I purchased a vehicle for my mother from conecille nissan about three months ago and I will be taking the car in for the 4th time tomorrow morning f I purchased a vehicle for my mother from conecille nissan about three months ago and I will be taking the car in for the 4th time tomorrow morning for air conditioner issue. The first time, after waiting 3 hours, the service department told my mother they didnt have the part to fix the issue and that she should rent a car and go home. First of all, why would they sell a car that they didnt thoroughly check to make sure everything was functioning properly; secondly, why do they not have the part to fix their make and model; and lastly, why does she have to rent a car for their mistake? They ended up ordering the part and gave her a rental car on a later date. The second time I took the car in because the air conditioner was blowing hot air, Jermaine assured me that they checked the problem twice and they didnt find any issues. As I got on the highway, the less than cool air turn hot. And by the way, I noticed that the passenger air bag was off with someone sitting in the passenger seat. I will be taking the car in again on Monday. I actually chose this dealership to purchase the car out of all the other dealerships in the area because a so called friend is a salesman and thought he would have my back. Well, I can say that person is no longer a friend. I also had to correct the amount financed while in the finance office. The final number was inflated by a few hundred dollars. More
