An easy and helpful experience I’ve always been intimadated by the car sales experience. I knew I wanted an SUV but I was able to get my questions answered in a professional and fri I’ve always been intimadated by the car sales experience. I knew I wanted an SUV but I was able to get my questions answered in a professional and friendly way. Ben Whitlow, my salesperson, was efficient and friendly and worked through what I needed financially. I’ve been to a number of dealerships where every question took a lot of uncovering to answer and someone who knows their stuff always makes the process easier. I recommend Ben Whitlow, especially because he was knowledgeable about different car models and their capacities. I left satisfied and with a new car...great deal for a quality SUV. More

Our 3 year old son was with us and was kept busy with the children’s corner. He also enjoyed helping himself to the complimentary soft pretzels (over and over again). We were honest with the staff about what we wanted and they worked with us to get everything we asked for...from the monthly payment down to the warranty. Everyone we came in contact with was friendly and accommodating. I’ve purchased numerous vehicles at various places and I can honestly say that this experience was the best by far. Once we had things figured out, the process was smooth and quick. Why go anywhere else? More

No quality control I purchased a vehicle for my mother from conecille nissan about three months ago and I will be taking the car in for the 4th time tomorrow morning f I purchased a vehicle for my mother from conecille nissan about three months ago and I will be taking the car in for the 4th time tomorrow morning for air conditioner issue. The first time, after waiting 3 hours, the service department told my mother they didnt have the part to fix the issue and that she should rent a car and go home. First of all, why would they sell a car that they didnt thoroughly check to make sure everything was functioning properly; secondly, why do they not have the part to fix their make and model; and lastly, why does she have to rent a car for their mistake? They ended up ordering the part and gave her a rental car on a later date. The second time I took the car in because the air conditioner was blowing hot air, Jermaine assured me that they checked the problem twice and they didnt find any issues. As I got on the highway, the less than cool air turn hot. And by the way, I noticed that the passenger air bag was off with someone sitting in the passenger seat. I will be taking the car in again on Monday. I actually chose this dealership to purchase the car out of all the other dealerships in the area because a so called friend is a salesman and thought he would have my back. Well, I can say that person is no longer a friend. I also had to correct the amount financed while in the finance office. The final number was inflated by a few hundred dollars. More

He gives me honest feedback regarding the need for immediate service vs. something to put on a watch list.
