I wanted a particular automobile and went to a dealership very close to my home and told them what I wanted, they said they could no't find the auto I wanted within a 500 mile radius. I found the car I wanted at Conicelli Nissan, which is about 45 minutes from my home. Everyone there was exceptional beginning with the young lady, who gave me an internet price to the salesmen and the sales manager. Matt Gallihue, my salesman was so very understanding and thoughtful, not one bit pushy, let me take the car home to see if I really liked it. When I was ready to make the deal, Matt was off but John Scola was there to set everything in motion. They made me feel like family, definitely not your typical car dealer. The sales manager, Steve Tucci gave me a more than fair price for my trade-in. I would recommend anyone to Conicelli Nissan. I was alone buying this car since my husband has passed away and a little apprehensive but no one took advantage and everyone was extremely patient with me. I will definitely go there for service when needed. More

We walked out that day with a new car! John has since followed up with us to make sure everything was going well with the new car. I was nervous going in as I have not leased before and also have not bought in years but John made us feel very comfortable. He was not pushy, and seemed like he genuinely wanted us to have a good experience. Unfortunately we did not come hungry because we were offered tomato pie and pretzels! UNPROFESSIONAL SNAKE First place I visited while looking for a used vehicle, dealt with the salesman Kevin. Kevin was nice to my face for a minute, but a snake when he tur First place I visited while looking for a used vehicle, dealt with the salesman Kevin. Kevin was nice to my face for a minute, but a snake when he turned his back. After stating what I had for down payment and the price range I had in mind.. he had me wait over an hour without talking to me before bringing around a used 25,000 dollar Nissan around expecting me to test drive.. I thanked Kevin for his time but let him know that what he brought was way out of my range and nothing of what I was asking for.. Kevin turned his back immediately and mumbled "xxxxing xxxxxxxx" to me and my fiance as he walked back into the dealership.. I went in to address what was said to his manager on duty but he could care less. Instead of calling me after the incident the dealership made a phone call to my fiance.. still never got a call on my phone to this day. Beware of the snake salesman like Kevin on the Nissan side, they are only there to make the money they need and lie to your face. Kevin if you're reading this, I took my "grocery money" as you put it, and went and bought myself a new Subaru the next day. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON KEVIN IN SALES- FIND ANOTHER SALESMAN SOMEWHERE ELSE! More

Service for my 2016 Pathfinder I took my 2016 Pathfinder in for service and state inspection and tire rotation on February 20 2017 i was in and out in about 1.5 hours. All work I took my 2016 Pathfinder in for service and state inspection and tire rotation on February 20 2017 i was in and out in about 1.5 hours.
