I came in to purchase a 2013 Toyota Rav4 Limited, but the color and options were not available at the dealership. The 2013 Rav4 lacked the luxury and many options that I was accustomed to having. After I pundered on the situation at hand...I decided on the 2014 Toyota Venza XLE, which I purchased without any hesitation. The Venza had it ALL. Jacob was reassuring, patient and very knowledgeable about all of the vehicles. My test drive proved that the Venza was for me. I loved the color, leather seats and the entire interior. Jacob explained that his job was to ensure that I was happy and to get me what I wanted. Further, Jacob negotiated in getting me more money on my two (2) trade-ins. Jacob gave the hold spill in regards to the complimentary and extended warranties offered by Conicilli Toyota. I selected an eight (8) year warranty so that when I retire in 2 1/2 years I do not have to worry about getting my Venza serviced/fixed right-away. The new service center is unreal. Pulling up into the garage - what an experience. I can't believe how much space there is there - free wifi, comfy chairs and so clean! It is truly amazing.
