Mark Elmore has taken care of my car every step of the way. I am truly satisfied with my service and the care this service department has taken. I am always greeted with a friendly smile from Mark. He knows how I am dependent upon my car, so he is there to help get the work done with ease and total satisfaction. If the service work takes more time then expected, he is gracious enough to get a loaner so my day is uninterrupted. Setting up appointments are simple, there has never been a problem fitting me in when needed. I trust this dealership's expertise on car repairs and maintenance. I would never go anywhere else. With the help of Mark Elmore it makes the whole experience hassle free. I highly recommend this dealership! More

They are also sensitive to my issues coming up with honest recommendations mixed in with humor. Mark Elmore is one person who stands out in the department with a deep product and service knowledge that he shares with me on each visit. I bring in the car for regular maintenance, and as it gets older, needed repairs. I know they are sensitive to when the costs get high but they explain things very well. I do not mind for paying for the quality of service that Conicelli continues to provide. When I am in trouble, I know I can count on them everytime because they know my vehicle and myself. More

I had found the Prius I wanted on the Conicelli website then came to thshowroom to buy the car. My salesman was Gerry Ward. Gerry was very friendly, knowledgable and efficient. He explained the basics of the Prius and we took a test drive. He answered any questions I had. Back at the showroom, he did the paperwork quickly and accurately. Luke Beyer did the financing. Luke was also very friendly and took his time explaining all the details and answering several questions I had. I never felt rushed, and he always answered any questions I had. In the end, I got the car I wanted for exactly the price I was told. The people were genuinely friendly, knowledgable, and honest. There were no surprises and I felt they listened to me when I asked questions. I bought a Hyundai from Conicelli about two years ago, with the same good experience and car. I highly recommend Conicelli Toyota. More

My husband and I had a lot of questions and Michael patiently answered all of them, and made sure we've understood all finer points of lease agreement. He also took his time to show us different features of our new car. Overall Michael spent 3 hours with us and never made us feel as we are using too much of his time or rushing us to sign any papers. They really wanted us to be completely happy with our purchase. Mike really knew the RAV4 in and out and gave us all of the information we needed plus more. He also knew a lot about comparable small SUVs in the market and helped us to differentiate what we loved about the RAV4. He showed us all of the features and explained everything in sufficient detail. We had looked at a similar small SUV at Mazda earlier in the day, and Jack was able to get really close to the price we were comfortable with. We really loved the RAV4 and with Jack's help we were extremely happy with our purchase. Mike was super helpful with our sign and drive, especially since my husband couldn't be there with me. He even set up my Bluetooth and explained how to work everything. My car was pristine and perfect when I drove it home. I would definitely recommend Conicelli of Conshohocken to anyone and will definitely return in the future. Thanks so much for an awesome experience!! I have purchased 3 Toyota's since I moved to this area and have only dealt with Conicelli. I live closer to Peruzzi but traveled out of my way to purchase and service my cars. This weekend I was in area and have only dealt with Conicelli. I live closer to Peruzzi but traveled out of my way to purchase and service my cars. This weekend I was in for an oil change and tire rotation my service manager was not in so I worked with Mark Elmore. Kudos to Mark he was very professional and friendly and when it came time to go over the service and bill he did not rush and answered all my questions I had.
