My salesman, David Rivera was excellent! Friendy, informative, helpul, honest, knowledgeable--everything one could hope for when exploring and buying a new car. Back in April, I bought a Toyota Sienn informative, helpul, honest, knowledgeable--everything one could hope for when exploring and buying a new car. Back in April, I bought a Toyota Sienna van. (David was my salesman). It turned out that the Sienna was a Much wider van than my Conicelli Honda Odyssey from 10 years ago. I was not happy with the Sienna--it did not fit well in my garage and was too big for me to drive comfortably; ultimately it got scraped up on the sides as I was backing out of my garage. All of this was MY fault, but I think David felt badly about all of this since he had been my salesman in April. However, David has been instrumental in helping me get a spectacular trade-in for the Sienna. He introduced me to the Rav 4. He even let me drive it home to see how it fit in my garage! It fits very well, and I love how it drives! David got me an excellent trade-in price, and helped me get the additional features that I wanted: the navigation/GPS system, and the Sirius XM audio system. He is there for me--by e-mail or phone--whenever I have questions. David is the kind of salesman who every Conicelli customer hopes to meet and to have as his or her salesman. Never pushy, David is an outstanding guy who wants the best for his customers. Conicelli Toyota division, and Conicelli Motors, in general, should look to David Rivera as a future manager; a future VP! More

I was looking for a used Prius and they not only had the range in years I was searching for but also was able to get me the color I prefered as well.
