Best Customer Service Ever Always great when an old friend can get you in your first new car ever! Ed found out that I had been in a rental for over a month and a half and was Always great when an old friend can get you in your first new car ever! Ed found out that I had been in a rental for over a month and a half and was paying out of pocket for it. He did everything he could to get me into something better than I was looking for. Not good customer service I had gotten a rav4 in 2014 from wayne dorsey i was told to trade in in 4years i found out by fred beans my rav4 has 16,456 on it they told me they ( I had gotten a rav4 in 2014 from wayne dorsey i was told to trade in in 4years i found out by fred beans my rav4 has 16,456 on it they told me they ( eric fishbien and wayne dorsey sold 09 rav4 to me for 36,567 i was apauld do to fact im a single mother trying get a car to and from work i felt used,, eric fisbien told me he will correct it , he sent harlod sales person to find me a suv because im in nursing i need a suv, harold found a jeep compass , i was approve by capital one , i asked eric fishbien what about rav 4 he told me to call gm financial to pick it up. I said it will mess my credit up but however the payments are to much than jeep compas, so eric fishbien said the approval will help your credit. I said ok, i waited for registration on jeep compass and called motor vehicle because it was 3month now i was approve june 3 of 2018 and no registration, found out they never gave nothing to capital one or motor vehicle, i called eric fishbien 18times he finally respond and said no deal i have to give jeep bavk, its been 6months now harold left conceli and now eric fishbien said i will not get my deposit of 800 i put down cash. I gave jeep bavk and now im with no car or my deposit. I feel this is not right at all More

They came to us with their best deal, found the car I wanted, were respectful of my time and their were no surprises at the end of the process. He takes extra time, even after purchase to make sure he explains all the features on the car so we completely understand them. One of the most important pieces of info he gave us on our 2nd car, was to look behind the car before backing up, even though we had a back up mirror. I can't number the times this piece of info saved a potential problem! We know when we've made our decision on a car at Conicelli, we've been given the best deal, the dealership stands behind its reputation of an honest and" nice place to do business", especially with a salesperson like Paul! More
