I was impressed with this dealership from the friendliness of the first call from Mr. Hasaan Ricks, to the courteousness of the sales team upon arriving, to the awards along the wall. The front desk was quick to enter us into the waiting room and contact our sales professional Mr. Ricks, whom showed up promptly and prepared. He immediately went to work on my financial package and keep my requests in mind. He was willing to hear my wants and yet stay focused on the end goal of putting me in the best vehicle for me and my situation. Mr. Hasaan Ricks was available when I called and answered any questions that I needed during the whole process. He kept the entire process flowing smoothly and quickly anticipating my needs and requests. The price was great for the vehicle I received and I would recommend calling on Mr. Hasaan Ricks at Conicelli Toyota in Conshohocken, Pa. for your automobile needs. We had pretty much already decided we wanted a Prius before arriving at the dealership. Otherwise, I'm sure we would not have ended up buying from this dealership. Our salesman, Olly Ohaemesi, was OK before arriving at the dealership. Otherwise, I'm sure we would not have ended up buying from this dealership. Our salesman, Olly Ohaemesi, was OK at first, but when I refused one of the optional add-on purchases, he became quite condescending. When telling me about the customer survey I would be receiving (but still haven't received), he was very pushy and adamant that I give him only excellent ratings in every category or he would lose his job. What is the point of having a feedback system if customers are coerced into giving only excellent ratings? We had heated seats added to the car, and the information we were given about where to take the car for this service was confusing. I ended up in the wrong place initially, and they ended up not being able to provide me with a rental car as I had been promised. The seat heaters aren't working properly, so I called the main number to find out who to talk with about the problem. The woman I spoke with said I needed to speak with Jon, who was unavailable so she would transfer me to his voice mail. Not surprisingly, based on my experiences so far, she transferred me to the wrong voice mail, and when I called back I was transferred to the wrong John, who was finally able to connect me with the right Jon's voice mail. Not every interaction has been negative--a man named Dominic kindly gave me a ride from the wrong service center I ended up at initially to the rental place where I was ultimately unable to get a rental, and the woman at the rental place drove me to the correct service center where I was able to get a ride home from a very kind young man whose name I did not catch. All three of these people were understanding of my frustration and tried to compensate for the difficulties I was having. Also, the financing guy, Tony Soto, was kind, thorough, and an effective communicator, whose detailed, but not pushy, explanation of the extended warranty options resulted in our purchasing one. Overall, it has been a very disappointing and frustrating car buying experience. I would not recommend this dealership, and I dread having to pursue getting the seat heaters fixed or even getting scheduled maintenance done in an efficient and hassle-free manner. More

What a great experience! Visited the new service facility for the first time and cannot say enough about how great it is. From not having to worry about a park space, let alone remembering the number, to ha for the first time and cannot say enough about how great it is. My service representative Bob Calhoun, who has always been attentive to my concerns and issues, greeted me with a smile and made the check-in process painless. as usual. The new "lounge" was extremely comfortable and made my wait seem to fly by. Once my service had been completed, Bob came and got me and explained what had been accomplished and walked me over to the cashier and told me where to go to retrieve my vehicle. For what it's worth, dealing with Bob I feel confident that my family is safe knowing that my vehicle has been serviced properly. More
I recently went there to look at a 2010 Dodge Ram and also a wrangler and I thought I would have a chance with Conicelli because I don't have the greatest credit due to going through cancer a year and a also a wrangler and I thought I would have a chance with Conicelli because I don't have the greatest credit due to going through cancer a year and a half ago and being on disability and no one around where I live would not touch me. After talking with me George Giannakopoulos could not get me into those vehicles because I was to far in the red and banks stay away from that unless you have a good amount of down money but he persuaded me and convinced me to look into either a brand new or a year old Toyota Rav 4 so I looked at them and liked the options and the gas I would be saving. Well I left that day not sure if they can work anything out and after a few hours of hard work between George and the financial department a deal was done and I picked it up the next day 2013 Rav4 and I'm very happy with the decision. I want to thank George in steering me in the right direction and making me a happy customer and enjoying my Rav4. More

Frank assisted our family twice in the selection and sales process of two different vehicles. My credit is very poor due to some past medical issues and Frank used every possible scenerio available to sales process of two different vehicles. We have been turned away from every other dealership before, and I feel that Frank truly went the extra mile to help us. My daughter was driving a car that was neither safe or reliable and as of yesterday, I am happy to report that she is now driving a Camry with 9 air bags, which is rated one of America's top cars for safety. I feel that Frank wanted her to be safe as much as I did when I came to him with our challenges. He is a father of four and understood my concerns in a way that is rare today. Not only was he able to gain approval for us; he cut our interest rate in half. He completely exceeded my expectations. Our entire family is now a loyal customer of Conicelli Toyota due 100% to Frank Lynch. I have never met a more dedicated and solutions oriented sales person. We will not shop anywhere else from now on. More
