I traveled to Conicelli Used Cars in Conshohocken to look at a vehicle on their lot. When I was in the lot, Mike Renshaw came out to greet me and see if I was interested in takling the vehicle out for a rid at a vehicle on their lot. When I was in the lot, Mike Renshaw came out to greet me and see if I was interested in takling the vehicle out for a ride. Once we spent a couple minutes inside doing some quick paperwork, we went out for a ride and honestly it was like taking a ride with an old friend. We talked about jobs, the area, and life in general, and it was great just being comfortable taking a ride with no sales pressure. When we came back to the dealership, I spent some time checking out the vehicle and then went inside to discuss some numbers. It was late on a Saturday and we didnt have much time to negotiate, but the following week we were able to square up a deal over the phone and I came back the next Saturday to do the paperwork. Mike was great to work with and Azi did the finance paperwork and it was a smooth deal. I even forgot to grab a couple things out of my trade and realized it a few hours after I got home, and since I live far away, Mike offered to ship it to me. It was a great experience all around, I even brought my dog and they had treats and a water bowl there which was nice. Highly recommend! More

Ricardo (Rick) and his team were absolutely fantastic the entire process. I chose to come here from 40 minutes away instead of my local Toyota dealership. We negotiated everything over the phone & text. I got a great discount and happy with the process. Rick kept me informed and updated on when delivery would be as it changed based on Toyotas build time. We took care of much of the paperwork ahead of time and from the time I arrived until I left with the car was only 45 minutes! They were not “pushy” on adding extras and financing office was breeze / very efficient. I don’t know many people who think the car buying experience is easy or fun, but this dealership did it. Had the vehicle I wanted and has good inventory at competitive prices with other dealerships. Also decent discounts. Sales rep was very professional and knew her business. I felt they tried to lowball competitive prices with other dealerships. Also decent discounts. Sales rep was very professional and knew her business. I felt they tried to lowball me on my trade in value by using a Carfax appraisal vs KBB which came in several thousand dollars higher. The sales rep adjusted that appraisal a couple of thousand dollars higher and we agreed on the deal. Overall I found the deal satisfactory. More

Got me where I wanted to be number wise and was super cool about everything . Wasn’t forceful or feeding me a bunch of xx just to get a sale. Honest hardworking dude who will try his hardest to get you what you want/need. And I can’t forget Brian Kuruvila who made the paperwork super easy, smooth and quick. And was a good guy as well…….10/10 if ever friends or family ask I’m telling them to go there and if I ever need a new vehicle I’m going back first choice More
