Jesse Divelbiss was our first contact person, and immediately we knew he was not the typical car salesperson. Jesse was responsive, informative and professional without being pushy or arrogant. Through his services, we negotiated a deal and drove away in a new Honda. Two months later Jesse called to let us know that they had just received another Honda that we had indicated we might be interested in during our first visit. Once again, Jesse's responsiveness and customer care led us down a path to trade in an older Honda (not the one we bought two months earlier!) for a newer one. The team at Conklin was excellent to work with and made the car buying experience an extremely positive one. Additionally, I want to say that the Sales Manager Scott Johnson added a personal touch that you rarely see when dealing in new car negotiations. The Sales Manager is often the "behind the scenes bad guy" that you rarely get a chance to interact with. Scott Johnson can NOT be described as the elusive "bad guy." He was available, responsive, and a pleasure to work with as well. We highly recommend the team at Conklin in Salina, Kansas.
